Following events in Garland, Hillyard, and the Logan neighborhood recently, the Lower South Hill is the latest neighborhood getting its party on.
The 9th Annual Lower South Hill Block Watch Party and Potluck is Saturday, Sept. 19 on Madison Street between 8th and 9th avenues. Live music, kids activities, a silent auction and raffle and, of course, food are on tap from 1 to 5 p.m.
