Traffic Calming workshops are coming to each of the Council Districts in Spokane. Bring your ideas for your neighborhood or just come learn what traffic calming is and how it can improve where you live.
At the workshops, neighborhoods will be able to speak with an engineer and go over example project applications. Crosswalks, traffic islands, roundabouts, and bike lanes are a few of many kinds of traffic calming measures that can help make your neighborhood safer and more pedestrian and bike friendly.
See the flyer below for times and locations for each workshop. If you can't make the workshop for your district, you may attend one of the other workshop dates.
