In an effort to meet the needs of citizens, starting on Monday, December 5th, My Spokane Customer Service will have new hours of operation. Phone availability will be from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our counter hours on the first floor of City Hall will stay the same (8 a.m. -5 p.m.). These extended hours will allow customers to call 755-CITY (2489) to report potholes, graffiti, and other services
My Spokane’s mission is to provide simple access to services. It is our intention to connect our community with knowledgeable, friendly, and quality service personnel with one call, one click, or one visit. These expanded hours will help us meet the needs of our customers at a time more convenient for them, whether it’s reporting those potholes, registering for a Parks class, reporting an abandoned auto, or inquiring about how to use a parking kiosk. We are here to help!
