Fall registration has a new look and feel!

Based on your feedback, we’ve simplified registration with new software. You’ll find improvements in search function, mobile capabilities, ease of payment, important class notifications, and more.

What do I need to do?

Have a free swim SplashPass? Then you already have an account in the new system! This means when you register for Fall activities, you won’t need to create a new account. Just visit SpokaneRec.org and log in with your user name/password from when you signed up for your SplashPass this summer. Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot Password” feature.

No SplashPass? No problem! Go to SpokaneRec.org and follow the step-by-step instructions to create a new account. It takes less than 5 minutes. Or call 311 (outside the city, call 755.2489), press 3, and MySpokane staff will create your account for you. Here's an infographic to walk you through the steps.

All Fall activities are available to view once you’re logged in. The homepage will continue to see improvements over the next few weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions
  1. I’m having trouble with my account, who do I talk to? Please call 311 (outside the city, call 755.2489), press 3, and MySpokane staff can create your account, help you troubleshoot any issues, or get you registered!
  2. Will my username, password, and contact information transfer over from the old registration software? Unfortunately, because it’s totally new software, all usernames, passwords and account details don’t transfer over. You’ll have to create a new account in the new system. Signing up takes less than 5 minutes.
  3. Should I sign up my child for their own account? We ask that you add children to your account through the “Add a family member” option in your Account Settings. Keeping families under one account helps streamline registering and paying for you as the user. When registering for a class, you can sign up one or multiple family members.
