Garbage, recycling, and yard waste services will be a day late all week, with Friday's pickup occurring on Saturday due to the Memorial Day holiday. Sponsored lessons are available at all six City of Spokane Aquatic Centers for the 2014 Summer Season.

To obtain a sponsored swim lesson, follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the My Spokane desk at City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.
  2. Ask for and complete an application (PDF 117 KB)
  3. Self-declare and provide proof of income.
  4. Upon approval, register for swim lessons with a My Spokane representative.
