Members of the community will be able to see design progress for the Riverfront Park Redevelopment Project this month. City of Spokane Parks and Recreation is hosting a Riverfront Park Redevelopment Open House on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall.

Several designs will be on display at the Open House. Berger Partnership will share design progress for the Public Spaces and Park Grounds, along with the Howard Street Bridge South design. Stantec Architecture will feature a preview of the new Recreational Rink. The Open House will also provide an opportunity for citizens to meet the team that will design the new Looff Carrousel Building, NAC Architecture.

The Open House is free and open to the public. Community members are encouraged to attend and engage with design teams, give feedback on designs, and interact with city staff and Park Board members.
