We are making ice! Necessary mechanical repairs have been made under warranty, and the new vessel passed testing and inspection. In addition, a test of the entire refrigeration system was completed to ensure the damage was confined to one vessel. This full review took an extra week, but was an important step to ensuring a soundly operating system.

We will confirm an opening date once we see how ice is forming. Ice making takes at least 4 days. If the weather cooperates, we anticipate having ice completed around mid-week.

The ice skating season was anticipated to end March 4, but we will extend the season as long as weather allows.

We apologize for the disruption of the 2017/2018 ice season. In recognition of the loss of use by our valued Unlimited Pass holders, Riverfront Spokane will be extending all Unlimited Passes for an additional 30 days at the beginning of the 2018/2019 ice season. Additionally, Unlimited Pass holders choosing to renew next season will receive a 25% discount off the price of their new pass.

We will share another update when an opening date is confirmed.
