City of Spokane Parks & Recreation, in partnership with Greenstone and the Spokane Association of Realtors, will unveil plans for Higgins Point Overlook, Thursday, October 17 at 4:00 P.M.

The project, which honors former the West Central Community Center director Don Higgins for his contributions to the West Central Neighborhood, will be a prime viewing point along the Centennial Trail toward the west end of the Kendall Yards development.

Location: Kendall Yards. The site can be accessed by taking the Centennial Trail approximately .2 miles west from the corner of Ohio and Nettleton. Street parking is available on Nettleton, Ohio, and Summit. See map.
