Eat Good Group to Begin Temporary Operations at Riverfront Park

SPOKANE – The owners and operators of Eat Good Group, LLC will begin temporary operations at Riverfront’s Sky Ribbon Café located in the Numerica Skate Ribbon and SkyRide facility on Monday, August 10. The café will be open daily from 11 A.M. - 7 P.M.

The Eat Good Group will run a full-service cafe offering high quality, homemade products to include made-to-order sandwiches and bakery goods, pizza, tacos, and classic park fare such as hotdogs and French fries. Gluten free and vegetarian options will also be available. Find the full menu at www.RiverfrontSpokane.org.

Eat Good Group, LLC currently owns and operates seven area restaurants including Wandering Table, Incrediburger and Yards Bruncheon. Their chefs have been recognized locally and internationally for quality product and uniqueness.

“The Eat Good Group and Riverfront Spokane are a truly delicious pairing,” said Riverfront Park Director, Jon Moog. “Great wholesome food and destination attractions are a winning combination for the perfect outing. We’re thrilled to support local business while bringing our community joy through new experiences.”

"We’re excited to partner with the city on this new venture. The combined synergy with our restaurant group allows us to have designated resources such as accounting and quality oversight, and helps put some of our previously furloughed staff back to work,” said Eat Good Group’s owner and chef, Adam Hegsted.

The park’s previously contracted food service provider was scheduled to being operations in March, but due to COVID-19 deferred their start date to spring 2021. As a stop-gap, Spokane Parks and Recreation issued a request for proposals to find an interim service provider.

The Eat Good Group’s contract with the city will run through February 2021.
