Officers locate suspect vehicle in Indian Trail vehicle prowling and arrest two prolific criminals, 23-year-old Daniel Skjold and 25-year-old Kirk Fisher-Fulton for felony charges of 2ndDegree Possession of Stolen Property and Forgery.
On 01-11-14, around 2:00 a.m., Spokane Police officers responded to the area of 6500 N Fotheringham on a report of a vehicle prowler. The victim had interrupted two suspects prowling her vehicle and followed them to an awaiting vehicle. The victim was able to give the police a good description of the suspect vehicle as it drove away. Officers located the vehicle, stopped the vehicle as it was fleeing the area and contacted the occupants. Officers were able to link the two occupants to a vehicle prowling which had occurred the previous day in the same neighborhood. They located numerous items stolen in the prowling including a purse, identification and stolen credit cards. Suspect Kirk Fisher-Fulton (25) was arrested for 2ndDegree Possession of Stolen Property and Forgery and Daniel Skjold (23) was arrested for 2ndPossession of Stolen Property. Both suspects have extensive criminal histories.
Skjold has 6 felony convictions for Possession of Controlled Substance (2), Residential Burglary (3) and 2ndDegree Burglary. Both suspects are schedule to make their first court appearance today at 1:30 p.m.
