Noon - 29-year-old Thomas Curd booked for Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle, Attempt to Elude and 2nd Degree Trafficking Stolen Property.

SPD officer arrested and cited for DUI

10:15 a.m. - Officer Mike Russo was arrested, cited and released for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). The Washington State Patrol is investigating this incident.

Suspect believed to be responsible for majority of armed robberies

2:45 p.m. - Detectives believe Stephen C. Corkery is responsible for the majority of the Armed Robberies occurring in Spokane since February 17, 2014.

4:15 p.m. - Spokane Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred this afternoon at a N. Spokane ice cream shop.

Police arrest armed car-jacking suspect; search for second suspect

12:30 p.m. - Police are investigating a car-jacking at gunpoint in north Spokane that occurred last night. Officers located the vehicle and arrested the suspect.

Prolific thief arrested after foot pursuit

11:30 a.m. - Spokane Police arrested a prolific thief with six felony convictions, 28-year-old Michael A. Harris, after officers located him in a stolen vehicle.

Four arrested in on-going kidnapping investigation

10 a.m. - Within days of a reported kidnapping and the location of a body in Stevens County, Spokane Police have arrested four suspects.
