11:20 a.m. - investigate a report of a rape at knife-point. The suspect, 29-year-old Kenneth S. Williams was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail.
Midnight - After taking “selfies” on a stolen tablet, suspect arrested for Possession of Stolen Property and the victim is getting some of his belongings back.
