Spokane Police Arrest Stabbing Suspect

Spokane Police have arrested the suspect who is believed to have stabbed a woman while she was walking on W. 2nd Ave. on the night of January 25th.

 

After Major Crimes Detectives received several tips and tracked down numerous leads, 25-year-old Daniel G. Spain was arrested for 1st Degree Assault late last night.

 

Detectives do not believe Spain and the female victim in this incident were known to one another.  Investigation into this incident is ongoing.

 

Spain will appear in court today at 1:30 pm.
