Spokane Police Arrest Second Suspect in N. Monroe Murder

Additional Suspect arrested in the May 26th Homicide on N. Monroe.

Spokane PD Major Crimes Detectives have been untiringly working the 3400 N. Monroe Homicide since the original arrest of Jeremiah A. Smith, attempting to identify a second suspect. After an intense, unrelenting investigation detectives identified and obtained a warrant for 28 year old Vatsana “Linnie” Muongkhoth.

Detectives located Muongkhoth at about 11:30 PM on July 22. Officers with the Patrol Anti-Crime Team (PACT) took Muongkhoth into custody without incident.

Muongkhoth was booked on 1st Degree Murder, 1st Degree Burglary, 1st Degree Assault, and Conspiracy to Commit 1st Degree Robbery.
