Spokane Police Patrol Officers arrested four different suspects in four different property crime incidents yesterday. All but one of the suspects has at least one previous felony conviction for other property crimes. Ryan L. Graham (18) was arrested for Residential Burglary, Benjamin F. Hodde (32) was arrested for Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Michael C. Radvanyi (38) was arrested for 2nd Degree Burglary, and Michael J. Zimmerman (34) was arrested for Residential Burglary.

In the first of the four incidents, a citizen called in yesterday, Feb. 22, 2016 at about 7:40am, stating he had found a male (Graham) sleeping in a residence he owned in the 2000 block of N. Jefferson. The victim stated the residence had been secured when he left, but there was now a window broken and back door had been unlocked. Graham was taken into custody without incident. He has one previous felony conviction for 2nd Degree Burglary.

Next, a victim called Spokane Police yesterday just before 9:30am to report her vehicle had been stolen by an ex-boyfriend, Hodde, from the 5300 block of west Sunset Hwy. The victim believed Hodde had taken the keys to the vehicle when he stopped by to visit a couple days before the theft. While still on scene, Hodde pulled up in the vehicle he had stolen and was taken into custody without incident. Hodde has 3 previous felony convictions; two for Taking Motor Vehicle without Permission and one for 2nd Degree Possession of Stolen Property.

Just before 4:30pm yesterday afternoon, Spokane Police Patrol officers responded to the report of suspicious circumstances in the 3000 block of east Sanson. An alert citizen had seen a male near a house in the area and she knew he did not reside there so she called police. While on scene, the homeowner of the house he had been in approached officers to tell them there was a jacket in her home that did not belong to her and wasn’t there when she left. Officers were able to determine the jacket belonged to Zimmerman and confirmed he was in the house without permission. He was arrested without incident for Residential Burglary as well as an unrelated warrant for 1st Degree Criminal Trespass.

The last arrestee, Radvanyi, was booked for 2nd Degree Burglary after Spokane Police responded to a business in the 300 block of east Sprague just after 12:30am this morning, Feb. 23, 2016. The owner had responded to an alarm at the business and called after verifying the business had been broken into. Once on scene, an officer saw Radvanyi run back further into the building in an apparent attempt to evade the responding officers. He was taken into custody shortly after that without further incident. Radvanyi has four previous felony convictions; 2nd Degree Malicious Mischief, Criminal Mischief (Deadly Weapon), Money Laundering, and Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription.
