Spokane Police, responding to a tip, found Precious Angle and Princess Kortness along with their mother, Crystal Kortness, in a residence in the 5000 block of north Nelson. Kortness was arrested and booked into Spokane County Jail for an unrelated felony Arson warrant. Two charges of 1st Degree Custodial Interference were added this morning.

Last night, Feb. 23, 2016, just after 10:00pm, SPD received a couple different tips and started to check on the addresses associated with those tips. Just after 11:00pm, Spokane Police checked an address in the 5000 block of north Nelson. Crystal Kortness and the two girls were at the location. Crystal was taken into custody on her felony arson warrant. The girls were unharmed and their custodial relative was notified they were found.

Kortness will be in court today at 1:30p on her warrant and tomorrow at 1:30pm for the new charges.

SPD would like to thank everyone who assisted us in finding these girls by spreading the word via social media and calling in tips.
