Nobody Injured After Shot Fired into PJ’s Pub

Officers responded to a report of a shot fired outside PJ’s Pub that went through a second floor window of the business. No injuries reported.

On 11-13-17 around 1:00am, officers responded to 1717 N. Monroe Street to a report of a shot being fired. A bullet passed through the second story window at the business but nobody appeared to be struck or injured.

Prior to police being called a male ran into the location and reported he had been shot at however he did not stay on scene and speak to officers. There had been a conflict between some people in the business before the incident that may or may not be related.

There are surveillance cameras at the location but the video images were not available at that time.

There is a person and vehicle of interest associated with the gun shot. The investigation is continuing.
