On May 17, 2018 at approximately 2158 hrs, SPD responded to the report of shots fired in the 2000 block of W Broadway. Responding officers located an adult male victim with non-life threatening injuries.
Christopher T. Felch, 47 years of age, fired a firearm several times at two males at an apartment complex, striking one in the foot. Felch fled the scene on foot and his current whereabouts are unknown.
A search warrant was conducted on Felch’s residence by the Spokane SWAT team and more firearms were located by the Major Crimes Unit detectives.
Felch is a convicted felon, he has a history of violent behavior and was involved in an Officer Involved Shooting with SPD in 2004.
Felch is considered ARMED and DANGEROUS. If anyone sees Felch they should call 911 Immediately.
Anyone with information about this incident, who has not spoken with detectives, is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.
