SPD is excited to introduce 4 lateral police officers – all coming to us from the Seattle Police Department.

Each officer expressed an interest in joining the Spokane Police Department in part because of the department’s reputation as a quality organization and because of the community support toward law enforcement.

The Officers are;

Jesse Cahill – A WSU graduate with a degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science.

Bryan Weber – Weber has a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Criminology and also spent time working juvenile and adult corrections.

Josh Zuray – Prior to law enforcement, Zuray spent nearly 20 years in church ministry and community work.

Jared Keller – A University of Idaho graduate majoring in Criminology.

Welcome to Spokane and to the Spokane Police Department and thank you for your continued service to the community.

This Friday, December 18th, SPD will graduate 4 recruits from the Spokane Police Academy. They will then begin 3 weeks of post Academy training before starting 3 months-plus of field training.
