One person severely injured in evening stabbing
On 10-13-21, a little after 6PM, SPD was advised an adult had arrived at a local hospital suffering from a serious stab wound. Officers responded and learned a male victim had been dropped off at the location, and that the victim’s wounds were life-threatening.
Officers were able to locate the persons that brought the victim to the hospital; they are not believed to be responsible for injuring the victim. It was determined the incident likely occurred in the 600 block of S Richard Allen Ct. Officers interviewed multiple people and collected evidence, but at this time the suspect remains unidentified and has not been arrested.
The circumstances surrounding the incident, including motive, are still under investigation.
