North Spokane shooting sends victim to the hospital with life-threating injuries

On 12-4-21 at approximately 9:00pm, Spokane Police officers responded to a report of a shooting in the area of E. Sanson Avenue and N. Lidgerwood Street. The 911 caller reported a friend of hers had been shot and was in and out of consciousness.

Spokane Police officers arrived within minutes and provided immediate medical attention to the victim. Medical personnel arrived shortly after and took over medical care.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries. SPD Major Crimes Detectives are currently processing the scene.

The circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
