Original Release:

The Spokane Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a vulnerable adult.  He has not been seen since early this afternoon and may be out in the extreme weather.  

Patrick Holten, (pictured below) is 58 years old.  He is a white male, 5 - 6” tall and weighs 170 pounds and wears eye glasses.  Patrick was last known to be near Regal and  55th today at 1:45 PM.  He was last seen wearing a green coat with orange trim, blue jeans, brown boots, a stocking cap and tan gloves.  He is wearing identification tags with contact information. 

He has health concerns and the current weather conditions make his condition even more desperate.  He may be trying to get to the area of 29th and Ray, (the shopping center).
