Kelly has been located. SPD would like to thank community members for their assistance in this matter.
Original Release 8/21/2025:
Kelly Porinchok (21) was last seen at a medical facility in Spokane on 8/17/25. Kelly is 5'11" and weighs roughly 135 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Kelly was last seen wearing a knee-length nightgown with pink leopard spots and slippers. Kelly has no phone or money and is not familiar with the Spokane area. It appears he walked away from the facility before he could be seen by medical providers and has no history of homelessness.
