SAS Steering Committee

Mission Statement/Purpose: The Sustainability Action Subcommittee Steering Committee is a new committee. The steering committee provides directional decisions for the Sustainability Action Subcommittee (SAS). The membership as a whole shall reflect a broad range of opinion, experience, socio-economic levels, races, ages, and expertise with the objective of implementing the Sustainability Action Plan.

Vacancies

1. Business Chair: Candidate with a history/education or knowledge of implementing sustainability initiatives.
2. Climate Action Advocacy Chair: Candidate with a history of environmental advocacy or has a passion for environmental justice.
3. Economics Chair: A candidate with knowledge, experience, and/or education in the fields of finance or economics.

Meeting Information

The Steering Committee of the Sustainability Action Subcommittee meets monthly in person and virtually on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. The meeting link and relevant access information can be found in the applicable meeting agenda below.
