9:35 p.m. - An elderly female who went missing after church was located safely due to an alert citizen stopping to make sure she was okay.

Site Preparation to Begin at Looff Carrousel in Riverfront Park

4:39 p.m. - As Riverfront Park redevelopment progresses, site preparation will start Dec. 5 at the Looff Carrousel. The Carrousel will remain open until Jan. 2.

Park Board Accepts EWU Students’ Vision for Sky Prairie Park

3:13 p.m. - Park Board accepted a Master Plan prepared by EWU students as a vision for Sky Prairie. The plan will guide development as funds become available.

Spokane Fire Department investigating arson fire

12:46 p.m. - The Spokane Fire Department is actively investigating the commercial building fire that occurred at 823 W. Riverside Ave. on Saturday, November 26.

SPD investigating a Robbery/Stabbing

8:46 a.m. - Spokane Police are investigating a Robbery/Stabbing that happened in downtown on Wednesday, November 23.

Homeowner detains robbery suspect

8:40 a.m. - Just before 10 pm Tuesday, November 22 SPD responded to the area of 29th and Howard on what was initially reported as an occupied residential burglary

Spokane Police Investigating death on the South Side

8:40 p.m. - The Spokane Police Major Crimes Unit is conducting a death investigation in the 100 block of west 8th.

Two families displaced after evening fire

6:35 a.m. - Two families (3 adults, 2 children and 1 dog) were displaced last night after a fire caused heavy damage to an upper level duplex unit.
