All City streets were plowed by December 29 ending the Stage 2 snow event declared on the morning of December 25. The completion of Browne’s Addition ended the City plowing of all residential streets.

The City declared a Stage 2 snow event the morning of Dec. 25 prompting an all-City plow. The city has more than 1450 residential lane miles and over 760 arterial lane miles. A full City plow takes approximately 4 days to complete. This stage 2 snow event took longer as snow fell again during the all-City plow and some residential routes were re-visited.

A Stage Two Snow Event is declared when:

Six inches of snow are on the ground and more are anticipated during the current snow event.
