Parking meters don’t have to be plugged on Thursday, Nov. 11, because of the Veterans Day holiday. City Hall and other City facilities are open as usual, masks are required.

Garbage pickup and curbside recycling will proceed on a normal schedule the week of Veterans Day. The City’s Waste to Energy Facility will be open.

My Spokane 311 employees will be available on Veterans Day for in person, phone, or online customer service inquiries. Development Service Center employees will also be available.

Spokane Public Library branches are open on Veterans Day. For information on upcoming library closures and grand openings read the library’s latest blog post.

Meanwhile, the City’s Municipal Court won’t be able for walk-in customers on Thursday, Nov. 11, since the Spokane County Courthouse Building will be closed. Municipal Court employees will be working, however, and will be available by phone and to process eFiled documents/pleadings.
