Spokane City Council To Hold Special Legislative Session

WHAT:
A meeting of the Urban Experience Committee and a Special Legislative Session will be held in the Council Chambers on Thursday, January 15, 2026. The Legislative Session will include public testimony, during which action will be taken on several legislative items. Each speaker will have a three-minute limit when addressing Legislative Agenda items. Members of the public can sign up to testify either online or in person between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. outside the Council Chambers on the day of the meeting.
