Join Mayor Condon for the State of the City

Join Mayor David Condon for the State of the City on Thursday, Jan. 30 at North Central High School at 6 p.m.

We have worked hard over the past 24 months to align resources to your priorities. Your input informs decisions we make every day.

One of the ways we remain accountable to you and your needs is by reporting back to you and regularly asking for your feedback.

I invite you to join me for the State of the City Address on Thursday, Jan. 30 at North Central High School. The event is free and open to the public.

Doors open at 5 p.m. for a chance to meet North Central STEM science students, learn about what they are working on and mingle during an informal reception. These students are doing truly outstanding things and gaining valuable insight the sciences.

My State of the City Address will begin at 6 p.m. in the auditorium. I will spend a few minutes talking about the progress we made in 2013 in priority areas like public safety, streets and utilities. Most of the discussion will be a look ahead at where we are going.

And, most importantly, I want to hear from you. There will be time on Thursday night and later via email at Vision2020@spokanecity.org.

You can also follow the blog to stay current on what is happening with your city.
