Give the City your feedback

September marked a milestone in my administration. That milestone serves as a good time for us to check in with the community we serve.

It has been 1000 days since I took office. We've been moving rather quickly – or for some, not quickly enough – to make Spokane safer, stronger and smarter. We have accomplished a lot and recognize there is more work to be done.

In doing our work, we have placed a priority on citizen engagement. Citizens have provided us great ideas and feedback about their priorities, the service we provide and how we can improve. We hope you continue to share your feedback with us and, from time to time, it's important that we make a point to ask for input.

That's why we want Spokane's citizens to tell us how we're doing. We are running an online survey across the City's digital platforms.

How important is it for the City to prioritize replenishing its savings account ahead of taking on new obligations? How well is the City maximizing the use of resources to deliver better outcomes for citizens? What areas should the City of Spokane focus on next?

Help us answer these and other questions. We want to know how the community rates our performance, if our work remains aligned to your priorities, and where you would like to see us direct our attention in the future.
