Starting with the Mayor's State of the City Address in February, a series of discussions have taken place in a month-long conversation about how the City is serving its citizens.
On Feb. 18, Nearly 6,000 people joined Spokane Mayor David Condon for a community conversation about the state of the city. Topics ranged from street improvements to the redevelopment of Riverfront Park to the latest in the search for a new police chief. In addition, the Mayor has held discussions at the South Hill and Hillyard Library branches in recent weeks and citizens have also weighed in via social media and email.
