Republic Pi is the little sister of the popular Downriver Grill/FlyingGoat family. The new addition to the South Hill offers the kind of artisan pizza, atmosphere, and drink options that make for a great date-night option or a tasty outing with friends. No doubt many Flying Goat fanatics on the south side will be ecstatic some of their favorite pizzas are being baked up a little closer to home. Republic Pi isn’t a carbon copy of its North Spokane sibling, however, and is worth checking out for its unique pies and crusts even if you live on the north side.
