After a four-year update process, Shaping Spokane, the 2017 update to the City’s Comprehensive Plan was adopted by City Council on June 26, 2017. The entire plan is now available for you to read and/or download online at shapingspokane.org.
Spokane’s Comprehensive Plan provides a long term vision for our City. It serves as a roadmap for the future, while creating the framework for physical, social, and economic development of the City.
It has taken the hard work of many throughout the City to get the plan through the approval process. City staff would like to thank the many members of the public who have been a part of shaping Spokane’s future!
