It's a done deal - burning of the bond at The Creek at Qualchan

At 9:00 a.m. this morning, October 16, the four Spokane City golf courses held a “Burn the Mortgage Party” to celebrate the final payment on the Creek at Qualchan bond.
All four courses are celebrating today with a roll back of prices on green fees, carts, food and beverage at all four courses for one day only.
The Spokane Parks and Recreation Golf Division maintains and operates four championship municipal golf courses, all less than ten minutes from downtown Spokane. Enjoy excellent facilities, beautiful scenery, and challenges for the beginner or professional. The courses include Indian Canyon, Downriver, Esmeralda and the Creek at Qualchan. The courses are operated as an enterprise fund that is not supported by tax dollars. Spokane's courses welcome major tournaments from all over the country.
