Garbage, curbside recycling, and yard waste pickup will be a day late starting Thursday, with Friday's pickup occurring on Saturday due to the Thanksgiving holiday. We're helping create a brand new holiday tradition for people of all ages.

See and experience more than 25 lighted displays, including the Riverfront Park holiday tree and the Carrousel in our beautiful downtown park. Bring your friends and family to celebrate.

It all begins Friday, November 28 at 6:30 p.m. on Spokane Falls Blvd. with a grand Lighting Celebration. Then, ongoing, November 29 thru December 31st you'll find lights and festivities daily beginning at 5 p.m.

Throughout the Winter Glow Spectacular, families and kids of all ages and most certainly all the young at heart may stroll through an assortment of illuminated zoo animals.

So, mark your calendars for the Winter Glow Spectacular beginning Friday, November 28 at 6:30 p.m.
