Spokane celebrates 59th Arbor Day

9:30 a.m. - On April 29, Mayor Condon will kick off an Arbor Day Celebration by helping plant a tree at a citizen’s home and reading the Arbor Day proclamation.

Spokane to be honored as Tree City USA

9:30 a.m. - On Saturday, April 30, Mayor David Condon will celebrate Arbor Day at Finch Arboretum.

April 11

The Bearing sculpture considered for placement along Centennial Trail

3:36 p.m. - The recommendation for the Bearing sculpture placement will be reviewed at the next Park Board meeting, and public comment is welcome.
