The Creek at Qualchan Golf Course Retains Mark Gardner as Head Pro

Through a competitive Request for Proposal process, City of Spokane Parks and Recreation renewed a contract with PGA Professional Mark Gardner to serve as Head Professional/Manager at The Creek at Qualchan golf course. The contract is for 5 years with an option to extend an additional 5 years.

Mark has served as the Head Professional/Manager at Qualchan since it opened in 1992. He built strong men’s and women’s clubs, created player development programs for all ages, increased rounds during down economies and established solid tournament operations.

Chosen the Inland Empire PGA Professional of the year 7 times, and recognized by the PGA for growing the game of golf 5 years, Mark is well recognized for his business and mentoring skills. Likewise, his achievements playing include being the 2015 Pacific NW PGA Senior Players Champion.

Mark was previously the Head Professional/Manager at Downriver golf course in Spokane and Twin Lakes Village in Rathdrum, Idaho, and earlier the 1st Assistant PGA Professional at Manito Golf and Country Club.
