As additional Riverfront Park redevelopment projects prepare to open this spring – including the Looff Carrousel and the first phase of the Promenades - City of Spokane Parks and Recreation is planning corporate and family giving opportunities for those interested in collaborating with and supporting the park. The first phase will include corporate program and naming opportunities.

Corporate Program Sponsors

Riverfront Park is seeking corporate program sponsors. Program sponsors help the park provide free and low-cost activities throughout the week in the areas of health, entertainment, children/family and signature events. Examples include Yoga on Ice, live DJ nights, Cheap Skate Night, and Skating with Santa.

Thank you to our early program sponsors: Principal, Wheatland Bank, River Park Square, Nordstrom, Athleta, Washington Trust Bank, Senske Services, Tomato Street, Downtown Spokane Partnership, Spokane Humane Society, Spokane Art School, and First Night.

Businesses interested in partnering to bring programming to the park, please call Riverfront at 509.625.6243.

Corporate Facility Title Sponsors

Riverfront is also offering corporate naming opportunities for the Skate Ribbon and possibly other future amenities. Funds from corporate facility sponsorships will be used to provide programming and leverage park funds for further sustainability to the community’s $64M redevelopment investment. Parks and Recreation has contracted with Brett Sports & Entertainment to create corporate naming sponsorship packages. Brett Sports & Entertainment will assist in valuing the naming assets, marketing the assets and securing corporate facility title sponsors.

Brett Sports & Entertainment was selected through a request for proposals. They are a local business specializing in facility title sponsorship sales, having led the sales of five facility title sponsorships and thousands of other sponsorship packages. Businesses interested in learning more about facility naming rights at Riverfront Park are asked to contact Dave Pier, 509.340.8402.
