Lancer Hospitality, a seasoned and trusted culinary partner that offers personalized, innovative and locally-inspired cuisine for every occasion, today announced that it has been named the exclusive food and beverage partner for Spokane Parks & Recreation.

Spokane Parks & Recreation offers three unique food concepts in partnership with Lancer Hospitality – all of which are open and ready to safely serve guests this season. The locations include:

  • Sky Ribbon Café: enjoy a skate on the Numerica Skate Ribbon or a cruise on the Numerica SkyRide, and pair it with pizza, burgers and deli items from this recently refurbished location
  • Dwight Merkel Sports Complex: functioning as a community gathering spot for local schools and sports leagues, this location offers a variety of sandwiches, ice cream and snacks
  • Manito Park Bench Cafe: enjoy a sandwich, salad or coffee while exploring the nostalgic Manito park

Lancer Hospitality will also provide food and beverage services for the renovated Pavilion at Riverfront. Located in Riverfront Park, the Pavilion is a central gathering place for the Spokane region, hosting a variety of events from award ceremonies, to concerts, to graduations.

Lancer Hospitality is proud to provide locally-inspired cuisine through a variety of partnerships with community vendors, such as: Angus Meats, Alpine Bakery, Roast House, Charlie's Produce and more. With the Spokane Parks & Recreation restaurant locations adding approximately 20 new full-time and part-time positions for the community – and plans for that number to increase to about 50 in the coming months – Lancer Hospitality is proud to be a deeply ingrained institution in the city of Spokane.
