On 12-18-13 around 2:45am Spokane Police Lt.Hendren observed a motorcycle driving on Northwest Blvd. He attempted to stop the motorcycle for several traffic violations but instead of stopping, the motorcycle accelerated and fled the scene. Lt.Hendren did not pursue the motorcycle because of the icy road conditions.

Then Lt. Hendren was able to follow the motorcycle’s tracks in the frost on the roadway for several blocks and observed the bike parked in a covered car port in an alley nearby. The suspect, 20-year-old Christopher Riley, was taken into custody without incident. Riley was booked into Spokane County jail for Attempt to Elude a Police Vehicle and for driving with a suspended license.
