Spokane Police have arrested 26-year-old Edward Bobby Donoian on charges of 1st Degree Assault in connection to a stabbing at the Bel Franklin Apartments on Monday, April 14th.
After interviews and review of evidence, SPD officers believe Donoian confronted the stabbing victim at his apartment at the Bel Franklin and stabbed him. The victim also stabbed Donoian. Donoian then ran from the scene and was located by officers near 600 N. Riverpoint Blvd., east of the Kardong Bridge. The two individuals are known to one another and this incident was not random.
Donoian will be in court today at 1:30 p.m.
