Tonight, 6/11/14, the Spokane Investigative Regional Response (SIRR) Team will close Sprague Ave. as part of the on-going investigation into the 5/23/14 auto-cyclist incident involving a Spokane Valley Police Officer.
The purpose of the road closures is for investigators to further diagram the roadway.
