The Spokane Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a missing, at-risk juvenile.

The Spokane Police Department is asking for the public's help locating Felicia L. Higgins. She is a 16-year-old white female, approximately 5'4", with brown hair, blue eyes, last seen wearing dark gray hoodie with black writing, dark blue skinny jeans, and black/gray/red converse sneakers.

Higgins was last seen in the area of 800 W. 7th. She is taking medication that she does not have with her and the reporting party is concerned about her mental health.

Anyone who sees Higgins or knows her whereabouts is asked to call Crime Check at 509.456.2233.
