Tanner taken into custody in Montana

The suspect in a January 26th shooting outside a north Spokane grocery store has been taken into custody in Montana. Ricky Tanner (23) was located and arrested this afternoon for 1st Degree Assault near Billings, Montana.
Through the combined efforts of the Spokane Police Patrol Anti-Crime Team (PACT), the Spokane Regional Safe Streets Task Force and the United States Marshals Service, 23-year-old Ricky Tanner has been located and arrested. Tanner was taken into custody this afternoon near Billings, Montana and booked into jail for his outstanding warrant (1st Degree Assault).
