Spokane Police Arrest Two Robbery Suspects

Spokane Police Major Crimes detectives have arrested two people in connection to this morning’s armed robbery of a gas station convenience store near 17th Ave. and Ray St.

Jeremy S. Tindal (29 years old) and Nickolas J. Barth (also known as Nickolas J. Bakun and also 29 years old) have been arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail. Each suspect faces one count of 1st Degree Robbery.

This morning, February 10, 2015, at approximately 6:00 am, Spokane Police responded to a report of a robbery at a gas station convenience store in the 3100 block of E. 17th Ave.  Individuals at the location indicated two males had entered the store, displayed a handgun and took an undisclosed amount of money and merchandise. The suspects fled the location in a vehicle described as a dark-colored town car.

 

Officers initiated a K-9 track, however the suspects were not located.

 

Shortly after the incident, Major Crimes detectives began their investigation. Through surveillance images from the store and follow up of leads, detectives identified the two individuals listed above as suspects in the incident.

This afternoon, the Spokane Police Patrol Anti-Crime Team (PACT) located the two suspects and arrested them without incident.
