The Spokane Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a missing adult male. John Marshall (49) was reported missing after not reporting for work at Spokane’s VA Hospital this morning. Staff at the VA Hospital notified his family when he did not show up for work which is very out of character for him.

The Spokane Police Department was contacted after it was determined Marshall’s last known location was the YMCA in the 1100 block of north Monroe. Marshall left the YMCA just after 5:00am this morning to go for a jog and it does not appear he ever returned.

He is described as a white male, 5’6”, 150lbs, blue eyes, brown hair, last seen wearing a brown coat, green T-shirt with a “We Are Marshall” logo, and navy blue “Spokane Shadow” soccer shorts.

The Spokane Police Department is going over his known jogging routes.

Anyone who has seen Marshall or knows anything about his disappearance is asked to call Crime Check at 509.456.2233.
