Man Released from Geiger on 2/8 Booked again on 2/10

The Spokane Police Patrol Anti-Crime Team (PACT) arrested Christopher A. Burdick (30) yesterday morning for Theft of a Motor Vehicle. Burdick had been released from Geiger Correctional Facility Monday morning where he had been held on a Possession of a Controlled Substance charge he was booked for Nov., 2015. 

Yesterday, Feb. 10, 2016, just before 10:00am, members of the PACT team spotted Burdick in a stolen vehicle at Russell Rd. and Sunset Hwy. Burdick allegedly stole the vehicle from an acquaintance while she was asleep. Officers were able to take Burdick into custody without incident.

Burdick is no stranger to law enforcement. He has 6 previous felony convictions. On Monday, Feb. 8, 2016, just after 7:00am, he was released from Geiger Correctional Facility on a Possession of a Controlled Substance charge he had been booked for by SPD in Nov., 2015.  

He will be in court today at 1:30pm.
