Missing person found and safe because of alert citizen

9:35 p.m. - An elderly female who went missing after church was located safely due to an alert citizen stopping to make sure she was okay.

SPD Asking for Help Locating Missing Person

10:23 p.m. - SPD is asking for the public’s help locating Sylvia Jorgenson (26). If you see Jorgenson please call Crime Check at 509-456-2233.

SPD investigating a Robbery/Stabbing

8:46 a.m. - Spokane Police are investigating a Robbery/Stabbing that happened in downtown on Wednesday, November 23.

Homeowner detains robbery suspect

8:40 a.m. - Just before 10 pm Tuesday, November 22 SPD responded to the area of 29th and Howard on what was initially reported as an occupied residential burglary

Spokane Police Investigating death on the South Side

8:40 p.m. - The Spokane Police Major Crimes Unit is conducting a death investigation in the 100 block of west 8th.
