6:03 p.m. - On 12-23-17 a little before 4:00PM, SPD responded to a bank robbery at the US Bank located inside Albertsons at the 6500 block of N Nevada.

9:23 a.m. - SPD arrested a female stealing mail from several North Central residences.

10:28 a.m. - The Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs (WASPC) has appointed Spokane Police Chief Craig Meidl to its Executive Board.

SPD Responds to Male Acting Disorderly

11:32 a.m. - Friday, SPD responded to a man acting disorderly. The male confronted Officers with a knife and was later taken into custody with minimal injuries.

Suspect Arrested after Stealing/Crashing Sweet Frostings Van

12:03 p.m. - Downtown NRO's have arrested a suspect after he stole a Sweet Frostings Bakery van & crashed it through the front doors of the Intermodal Terminal.
