Update to Death Investigation

Spokane Police Major Crimes detectives served a search warrant at the residence during the investigation. Probable cause was developed to arrest 59 years old, William W. Bost for Murder 2^nd degree Domestic Violence. Bost was booked into the Spokane County Jail. The investigation is ongoing and no further details are available at this time.

On January 6^th, 2018, just after midnight a Spokane Valley Officer was on a traffic stop around Dishman Rd and Appleway. A male, who was not related to the traffic stop, made contact with the Officers. During an interview with that male Officers were lead to believe there could be a deceased subject inside of a residence.

Spokane County Deputy’s and Police Officers responded to a residence in the 1000 Block of South Buena Vista Dr. Inside the residence they did locate a deceased adult.

Spokane Police Major Crimes is on scene investigating the death.
